    Production & Fulfillment: Orders are usually shipped within 30 days, but in some cases, it may take up to 60 days depending on supplier times.

    Updates: We’ll keep you informed via email with updates on your order’s progress.

  • Why does it take up to 60 days to receive my pre-order?

    As a very small business, we create each piece in small batches to maintain our high-quality standards. Delays can happen due to supplier availability or production schedules. Rest assured, your order is worth the wait—we promise!

  • What happens if my pre-order is delayed?

    In the rare event of a delay, we’ll notify you immediately and provide an updated timeline. If you have any concerns or need to make changes, feel free to contact us.

  • Can I cancel a pre-order?

  • How should I care for my clothes?

    To keep your clothing looking great:

    - Wash in cold water.

    - If there is a design, turn the clothing inside out to protect it.

    - Air dry or use a low-heat setting if needed.

    These steps help preserve the design and extend your clothing’s life!

  • What materials are your T-shirts made from?

    All our T-shirts are 100% cotton for maximum comfort and quality. Each piece is uniquely crafted, so slight variations in color and tone are expected—making your shirt one of a kind!

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through Square for secure, seamless transactions.

  • Is my payment information safe?

    Absolutely! All transactions are encrypted, and we never store your payment details.

  • What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?

    Oh no! We’re so sorry for any mix-up or issue. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your item, and we’ll make it right—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or other solution.

  • Are your designs original?

    Yes! All designs are created in-house and are exclusive to Gator & Goods. We’re proud of our handmade, small-batch production process.

  • Can I reuse your images?

    All content and designs are copyrighted. Please contact us for permission if you’d like to feature our images or designs.

  • Do you collaborate with artists?
